MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION

Building is a difficult and time consuming activity that is usually disruptive and worrisome. We represent your interests. We ease the process; bring management skills to the creative and technical solutions; find capable and qualified construction contractors; visit the worksite, monitor quality and certify works for payment in arrears, not in advance.

This is often the only management control and is usually handed over to the contractor when directly employed by advance payment. You will have to verify your funding as we will check the contractors ability to carry out the work, but we will provide a point of trust and works will be certified in arrears.
