BUILDING REGULATIONS UK
Building Control is the process whereby plans and construction work are
measured against the requirements of Government Building Regulations.
Building Regulations ensure the health and safety of people in and around
buildings by providing functional requirements for building design and
construction. In addition, the Regulations promote energy efficiency in
buildings and contribute to meeting the needs of disabled people.
Builders and developers are required by law to obtain Building Control
Approval - an independent check to ensure that the Building Regulations
have been complied with.
We can prepare drawings and details and make the necessary applications
to fulfil your obligations.
The most recent versions of the Approved Documents for the fourteen technical
